Bernicia’s L!NKCD Team are holding multiple Employment Drop in Sessions during the school summer holidays. These sessions are taking place on:

The Drop-In Session is for people for who are unemployed and looking for work, Bernicia has free support available to help them gain extra skills and increase confidence when preparing to start work again.
They offer free support with;
- Job searches or Volunteering
- CV writing
- Interview skills
- Signposting to relevant training opportunities
- Financial assistance (Child Care, Travel, Course Fees, Course Equipment)
- Math’s and English
- Gaining Confidence
And that’s not all. They want to help overcome whatever is holding them back from finding employment. They’ll also receive personalised support from an employability officer who will provide advice and guidance throughout the process.
This program is available for anyone (18+) unemployed who lives in the County Durham area.
